Your personal information, including your name and email address, is never shared with anyone outside of Atlas. Within Atlas, it is shared only with administration and instructors, and only when necessary to deliver the program.

Please be aware that live Zoom sessions and the WhatsApp group chat are shared spaces. Other students may see your name or phone number there and could share it, this is outside of our control. If you prefer more privacy, we recommend using a display name you are comfortable with in Zoom and adjusting your WhatsApp privacy settings.

When you practice with our AI tool, your camera is on so you can see yourself, but it does not record. The tool only transcribes what you say into text in order to generate feedback for you.

Both the transcription and the feedback are not saved anywhere. They are discarded the moment you leave the page. Your MMI answers are never fed into any AI company's systems or used to train any AI or language models.

The only thing we keep is your performance parameters (for example, scores or progress metrics) so you can track your improvement over time, never your actual answers or the feedback tied to them.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. We never see or store your full credit card number or other payment credentials on our own systems.

We use a small number of outside services to run the program, such as Zoom for live sessions and WhatsApp for group communication. These services have their own privacy policies, and information you share directly within them (such as your display name or messages) is governed by their terms. We encourage you to review their policies and privacy settings.

We use your email address to send you information related to your enrollment, such as session schedules, program updates, and important announcements. We do not sell your email address or share it with other companies for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe from optional emails at any time.

Like most websites, our store uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the store may not work properly without them.

We keep your account and enrollment information only for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. If you would like your personal information corrected or deleted, contact us using the email below and we will respond as promptly as we can.

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Significant changes that affect how your information is handled will be communicated to enrolled students by email.
