Eligibility Requirements

Attendance

No more than 2 no-shows to scheduled 1-on-1 sessions during the admission cycle.

Punctuality

No more than 4 late arrivals to scheduled 1-on-1 sessions during the admission cycle.

Performance

A student satisfaction rating of at least 8.5 out of 10, based on student evaluations.

Cycle Continuity

Qualifying Cycle

If all eligibility requirements are met, accumulated hours and the corresponding rate carry over into the next admission cycle, allowing continued progression through the pay tiers.

Disqualifying Cycle

If one or more eligibility requirements are not met, the hourly rate resets to the base tier ($30.00/hr) at the start of the following cycle, and hour accumulation begins again from zero.
